Sofitel Legend Casco Viejo Panama (beginning of 2023)
The first and only luxury hotel in Panama with an authentic French identity, bringing its quintessential art de vivre to the historic city of Casco Viejo, Panama, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Sofitel Legend Casco Viejo Panama will be the sixth legendary address in Sofitel Legend's renowned portfolio of brands. Hoxton will be located in Charlottenburg, West Berlin; an area popular for its eclectic dining and antique shopping scene, and just minutes away from the popular Kurfurstendamm shopping street. A former hotel, the brand's first German outpost has been transformed with the help of AIME Studios, Ennismore's in-house design studio. Inspired by the neighborhood -- which was at the center of the city's creative renaissance during Berlin's Roaring Twenties era -- the hotel's 234 rooms are decorated with Art Nouveau-inspired shapes, expressive design details, and soft, muted tones.

Mondrian and Hyde Ibiza (mid 2023)
In the summer of 2023, two of Ennismore's brands will make their first trip to the beautiful island of Ibiza - Mondrian and Hyde. Both hotels are located on the southeast side of the island, in the picturesque bay of Cala Llonga, with wide sandy beaches and pine-covered hills on either side. The Mondrian Ibiza will have 154 rooms, while the Hyde Ibiza will have 409. The first Swissôtel in Georgia is being built in the heart of Tbilisi's old town. Pullman will debut in Bulgaria in 2023. The hotel with 140 rooms and 40 branded residences is located just 30 km southeast of Sofia city and just 20 minutes from one of the biggest ski resorts in Bulgaria - Borovets. Surrounded by a beautiful park, Pullman Okol Golf Resort & Spa is part of the OKOL Lake Park project, on the edge of Lake Iskar, southeast of Sofia.
